You'll want to create rules that you feel are right for you and will provide a good experience for you.
You can look into how to make a caard/notion or you can simply add your info/rules as a highlight. We started off using a highlight, it's the easiest method when getting started. If you need help on how to create a highlight, we have information for that on the main page, check it out!
Your rules can truly be whatever you want them to be, but here's ours as an example:
Thank you for your interest in trading with us! Please read the following thoroughly
We will send you a video with the flash on and our name in the background (this proves that we actually have the photocard on hand and it is ours)
we like to mail out the same day if possible and will send drop off proof (most people prefer to send on the same day or the same week)
If you don't have 100+ proofs, we will ask you to send first (this means you send to us, we receive, then we send yours out)
for higher value cards, we prefer tracked shipping (mail CAN get lost, tracking helps keep this to a minimum)
we will always send packing proof for address verification (you will always want to make sure you send address verification, we're humans, we can make mistakes writing. You don't want someone to not get their card due to a spelling error)
if you have read and agree, please send us a food emoji or we will ignore your message (this is completely optional, but it ensures that someone actually read your info)
