There are many different places you can ship from like usps, FedEx, ups, pirate ship, but we have found that PayPal shipping is the easiest and most user friendly. You do not have to use this, we just like it!
First, you'll need to have a PayPal account, if you need help setting up an account, check out our article on how to: https://mintyoongitrades.wixsite.com/mintyoongitrades/post/setting-up-a-paypal-account
1. You'll start by navigating to this link: https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create and then log in
2. You'll fill out the first section for your address information.
3. Once your information is filled out, you'll fill out the recipients address information found directly below. When you click on that, a pop-up window will appear on your screen. For international mail, make sure that you change the country before you do anything else. You will be asked to enter the recipients address and then click “ship to this address.” You need to make sure that you have entered all the correct details of the recipients address. I usually send them a picture and ask them to confirm the details.
4. You'll see a section pop up below that says "customs forms" - you have to fill this out to continue.
I always change "select contents - merchandise" to "gift." Then I click "add declaration." Once you hit this, another window will appear.
Here's how I fill this out:

(I don't put anything under harmonization code)
Then I hit save! It'll update the shipping page for you. You're probably wondering why I only put $5 when the pc could be $50. I have always been asked to lower the value of the contents so that the recipient doesn't get hit with high customs fees.
*Please note, the directions I am sharing is what we do and have had success with, but who you're sending to may not agree with our method. I would check in with them just to ensure they're okay with what you input into the customs form!
5. Below you'll see the dimensions section. This will ask for the length of the package, the width of the package, and the height of the package. Then you'll fill out the weight of the item next. It'll have you choose the pounds and ounces. If you're just doing a tracked photocard, you'll probably never need to use pounds. Just make sure you weigh your item, if you do not put in the correct information, they will probably send the package back to you,
6. Enter the shipping date. The date will be updated automatically to the current date. You can adjust the date if you wish to deliver the package at a future date.
7. Click the “calculate the shipping cost” button on the top right-hand corner. This will calculate the shipping cost based on the information you’ve provided and will produce costs on the right-hand side for you. Media mail and first-class parcel are what I use the most.

8. You'll select whatever option is best for you. Click the confirm and pay option. You will either pay using your PayPal balance or your credit card if you don’t have enough cash in your balance.
9. After you’ve completed the payment, you need to press the “Print Label” option.
10. Print the label and attach it to the envelope, box, or bubble mailer and then you can go drop off the package!
IMPORTANT: Do not be alarmed if the address shows "distribution center" or "sorting facility" under the recipient address section instead of the address you initially input. International mail goes to different sorting facilities in the states before being sent to other countries. You can see the recipients address at the very bottom of the label.
