You're going to see the terms F&F and G&S thrown around a lot. What do they mean?
F&F stands for friends and family, G&S stands for goods and services. There is no seller fee for friends and family while there is a fee for using goods and services. More often than not, you'll see sellers requesting to use friends and family as their preferred selling option. This is because we are just selling our extra photocards, not running a business. Once you sell a certain amount under goods and services, you will be taxed by the IRS for that income.
It's important to know that some countries do not offer friends and family - those purchasers can only pay with good and services. It's up to you to decide if you're comfortable with that or not.
The thing I don't like about goods and services is that people can create a "chargeback" against you. This isn't mean to scare you but has happened to me. Basically, the person would open a dispute with PayPal stating that they never received the goods. More often than not, PayPal will side with them over you, even if you have proof. I recommend only using goods and services for small amounts that you wouldn't be as upset about losing or required those that want to use goods and services to have tracked shipping on their items.
