Someone received the photocard that you sold them, what now?
When they receive their card, they should either tag you on your story or direct message you that their photocard has arrived. This is your "proof" that you sold to them.
You'll want to have an Instagram highlight called "proofs" - this will allow people interested in trading or buying from you that you are trustworthy and not scamming people. We have a section dedicated to this, so please navigate to that if you need help here on how to create a highlight.
If someone tags you in their story, you'll be able to add that to your story and you'll be able to click "add to highlights" in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This will allow you to save that proof to your proofs highlight.
If someone sends you a direct message for their proof, you'll want to take a few more steps. We do an extra step to ensure that no one is stealing our proofs and using them to scam people (yes this happens!)
Here's a walkthrough if you get a direct message proof
1. Type your Instagram @ in the message reply section
2. Take a screenshot
3. Upload that screenshot to your story (we also tag ourselves in the story for an extra protection against someone stealing our proof somewhere in the center of the photo to where they would not be able to crop your Instagram @ out.
4. Post the story and add it to your proofs highlight
