Now that you have your photocard all packed up and ready to send - you'll head to your post office to send it out!
Advice: if you are using your personal mailbox and not dropping off in a usps blue box, make that known very early. Not everyone is comfortable with this form of mailing so it's better to find out early on if they're okay with this or not to avoid wasted time.
There's two different ways to send mailing proof.
1. Individual drop off
When sending video proof for one card (or if someone requests to see their address shown during drop off) you'll take a video showing the front of the card where the address is written and show you dropping the card into the mailbox. Make sure you take your time with a clear video so they can clearly see their card being dropped into the mailbox.
For this method, you'll DM the video to the person that the card belongs to.
2. Bulk drop off
If you're dropping off 5+ cards or so, it can be easier to have everyone's Instagram @ written on the back so you can take a video of all the letters at once for drop off. Some people are NOT okay with their @ written on the back of the letter, so please check and make sure they are okay with this method!
To do this, you'll take a video of everyone's Instagram @ clearly showing and then drop them all in the mailbox at once.
For this method, you'll post the video on your story and tag everyone in the video.
