Now that you have your trade confirmed and have exchanged addresses or made a sale - you're ready to pack up and mail out!
Once you pack and write their address on the letter, you'll want to send the person you're trading with a picture of your filled out envelope and the packed card so they can confirm the card as well as making sure that their address is written correctly.

Trading - you can start to talk about what a good send out day for both of you is. Please keep in mind that if you are a new trader with no proofs, you may be asked to send out your part of the trade first.
Selling - you can let them know what day you plan on sending their letter out.
That's it! You are done and can send your letter out!
